How much does it cost?

The initial assessment is free. Every VRTL product is a monthly subscription with no setup fee, and your personalised page shows the exact monthly price for your configuration, including VAT, before you commit. You can switch optional modules on and off and watch the price change. Anything that genuinely needs bespoke scoping is flagged clearly rather than added later.

Will it work with the software we already use?

Usually, yes. VRTL's integration modules connect to common accounts, CRM and operational systems through their published APIs. We confirm your specific systems at kick-off before any integration work is priced or started, and we'll tell you if something can't be connected reliably.

Is our data safe?

Website analysis only reads publicly available pages. Inside VRTL, each organisation's data is kept separate from every other customer's and access is controlled by your own team roles. We explain what data each integration uses before it's switched on.

What's the difference between automation and AI?

Automation follows fixed rules; AI interprets information that doesn't fit neat rules, such as free-text emails or documents in varied layouts. Many good systems use both: AI to read the input, conventional automation to do everything after that, and a person to approve anything important.
