Will it work with the software we already use?
Usually, yes. VRTL's integration modules connect to common accounts, CRM and operational systems through their published APIs. We confirm your specific systems at kick-off before any integration work is priced or started, and we'll tell you if something can't be connected reliably.
Can the product be tailored to our business?
Yes. Each product is configured around your business: you choose the optional modules, and we set up the workflows, roles, documents and integrations during implementation. Anything genuinely bespoke is scoped and priced separately before any work starts.
What happens after we buy?
